The Festival Mile

Treaty of Commerce

A Batemans pub, with guest beers from the brewery’s monthly list. The unique name refers to an Anglo-French free trade agreement signed in 1860. Bar snacks served throughout opening

Ritz

Previously a cinema, JD Wetherspoon refurbished the Ritz, retaining its Art Deco design and external neon lighting. Inside, the walls are decorated with pictures of past acts that appeared there in its previous life.

Tiny Tavern

What better way is there to preserve two Grade II listed 17th century cottages than to turn them into a small pub? Ring the doorbell to be admitted. The beers are from all over the country; real cider is sometimes available.

Millers Arms

One of many pubs in the High Street of Lincoln is the Miller’s Arms, at one time known as the Miller’s Rest, which has a history dating back to 1841.

Imp & Angel

Formerly the Hop & Barley, this was Lincoln’s first micropub. It has been fully refurbished in a bright, modern style. Seating is on high stools. The ever-changing selection of real ales and ciders offers a choice for most palates.

Golden Eagle

A popular local at the southern end of High Street. The large garden has covered and heated seating. The pub is dog-friendly and the cosy front lounge has a log burner. Up to nine real ales are served from two bars.
